Custom Q&A allows users to ask up to five (5) questions per month about any project report they find, and our researchers will typically get back with the answer in one (1) business day.
In order to use the Custom Q&A feature, you'll need to choose a project about which you have a question. For that, let's open up a sample project report. Here's one from ConstructionWire:
See the Ask a Question header circled in red on the right side of the page? That's where you'll go to ask your question. You can ask for updates if the News & Notes section lacks sufficiently recent information for your needs. You can ask about people and companies involved, construction schedules, project details, plans & specs, you name it. Just be nice!
Once you've asked your question, click the red Submit button, and now the ball's in our court. Expect to receive a response via the email associated with your account.
We can't promise we have an answer for everything, but we'll certainly try. As with our Add a Company feature, we verify any and all information before publishing it in our database.
