Why am I not receiving Saved Search alerts?

We send you Saved Search alerts when there are additions and/or updates to share, so particularly narrow saved searches might not always turn up consistent alerts.

If you're not receiving Saved Search alerts, it's for one of two reasons:

  1. The parameters of the Saved Search are such that alert notifications, which are only triggered by new additions and updates for those projects that fall within your search's breadth for the previous week, aren't sent on a consistent basis (i.e. broadening search filters should lend itself toward frequent, consistent Saved Search alerts).
  2. The Saved Search either isn't created or isn't set up to deliver alert notifications to the proper email address. If this is the case, please check out our How-To article on Saved Searches.

Of course, we recommend also confirming that the email alerts aren't in your email's junk or spam folders.

You can sign into the buildcentral.com user portal at any time to view all of the projects that fall within the parameters of your Saved Searches. Again, though, Saved Search email alerts only go out with updates from the previous week.
